Terms of delivery and use

Neidon Sydän Oy (3156754-4) (hereinafter the online store) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering


The products to be ordered are selected on the homepage by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is given at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Delivery time


Orders are daily processed and delivered two days after the order. Some of the seasonal products are only available at a certain time of the year and they cannot be ordered at other times of the year. Available products are visible in the online store.


Delivery method and delivery costs


Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method and possible additional services. Delivery costs include all costs related to delivery and packaging. You can see the available delivery methods and their delivery costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order.


Easily breakable products


All products are properly packed to ensure that the product arrives in a clean condition. For more information, see the section "Problem situations during transport".


Exchange and return conditions


The customer has the right to return / exchange the product he ordered, if the product does not match the ordered product or there is something unusual in its quality. The product supplier must be contacted immediately.


Problem situations in transportation, as well as regarding wrong products


Products damaged or lost during delivery must be reported to Neidon Sydän Oy without delay.
If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time. Neidon Sydän Oy handles all customer data in complete confidence and undertakes to comply with the conditions specified in the privacy notice.


The customer can ask any time what information is stored in the register and request the deletion/editing of some or all of the information.


The online store has statutory error liability for the products sold. In cases of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
